- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping costs are based on where we're shipping the products and the weight of the physical products being shipped. We currently ship all items first class through the US Postal Service and most domestic orders arrive within 5 to 7 business days. We do not charge shipping for any tickets or digital purchases since neither item will physically be shipped. Tickets will be held at will call for your specific event; therefore, ticket purchases require a photo ID and are non-transferable unless otherwise noted. All ticket sales are final. You will have the chance to review shipping costs before you complete the order process.
- Returns & Replacements
- If you receive the wrong item, or a damaged or defective item, please email info@zenph.com within 14 days of receipt to arrange an item exchange. After this 14-day window, we can not accept any returns. We will communicate how to return the item and what to include. When we receive the damaged item, we will ship you a replacement as soon as possible at no additional charge. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been processed or shipped, you must return it within 14 days of the purchase date in order to receive a refund of the purchase price for the item, not including shipping charges. The item must be in original condition and unopened.
- Ordering
- Tax will only be placed on items shipped to North Carolina and only on sale of shippable, physical items. Please see above for further clarification on shipping. Our shopping cart allows you to add multiple items to your order and will notify you if the item is out of stock.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- We process all of our credit card transactions through a secured, third party and do not keep any of your credit card information on our servers. We reserve the right to change prices and offer promotions without notice, however we will try our best to share the good news.
